Key Notes
Last night i wrote in my away that i needed to hear the word, a good word at that. So today my roommate mentioned going to Bible Study and at first i didn't want to go but she insisted and i gave in. So at 7:30 we went to Hope's House bible study on campus. Here are a few notes that i got down tonight. Few might get something from this and others may just see it as a bunch of words put together to make a sentence. I got something from it and I'm running with it.
Jesus is the universal answer, he is the universal problem, and he is universal
When things are going wrong it means that something in your life is out of place
In the beginning (Genesis), the bible uses 'He' referring to God, man, and the serpent. Which one are you trying to be?
To my ladies: when you see something that you really want , you (me, you, we) lower your standards. And when you do, you let something or someone come into your life and everyone sees it. You become stripped and exposed because you lowered your standards. Ex: when you see a guy that you want and he isn't trying to pay you any mind, you'll lower your standards just so he can focus more on you.
What you are outside isn't what you're really dealing with on the inside
Transparency is crucial and exposure is deadly
Healing comes internally. No one else can justify/satisfy who you are.
two fingers and I'm out
